Last Friday I spent the day in the Walloon Brabant with an English-speaking group.

In the afternoon we visited the Waterloo battlefield and followed a guided tour of the Lion’s Mound and the panorama.

The Lion’s Mound was covered with a fresh blanket of snow and the bravest ones in the group climbed its 226 steps!
