A Romanesque cloister

The Romanesque cloister of the Basilica of Our Lady of Tongeren. Part of it dates from the 12th century.

You can enter the cloister  and  the garden at the end of a tour of the Teseum, which houses one of the largest and richest church treasures in the Low Countries.

This view is just icing on the cake after such an interesting tour!
